Free Courier Delivery within Singapore for orders above S$80

Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping currently only available in Singapore.

We provide free local courier deliveries for orders above S$80. For orders lesser than S$80, a flat rate of $3.90 is chargeable for delivery. 

We are using Roadbull or Simply Post Courier company to deliver all our packages. The postman will deliver the parcel to your doorstep. Please ensure that a representative is available at the stipulated delivery address during working hours to sign for your package. If there is no one at home to receive the package, the package will be dropped in your letterbox instead. 

Please allow 1 to 2 working days for the processing of your orders. The delivery service provider will require a further 1 to 3 working days to fulfill the orders. 


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Mom curator ensures that all items sold on our website are all of the highest quality. If however, you receive an incorrect or a defective item, please contact us immediately, we will be glad to effect a one-to-one exchange within 14 days of your purchase.

  • Regular priced items are eligible for an exchange. 
  • Do note that Sale items and items purchased during promotion are not applicable for any returns/exchanges.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, all items must be in their original condition, unworn and with the tags attached for hygiene reasons. We will review the products returned and should they meet all our return policy requirements, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.

  • Accessories such as bibs and socks are not applicable for returns.

Refunds

For refunds, please note that we are only able to issue in the form of Store Credit. 

  • Store credits have no expiry dates.
  • Store credit can only be utilized in a single transaction, and any remaining balance will not be refunded to you via cash or store credits.
  • Orders purchased with store credits are not valid for returns/exchanges.
  • Store credits cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Store credits are non-refundable.                             

 Exchange

Exchanged items will have to be of an equal or higher value than the original item, and you will be required to top up the difference. 

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Postage costs of returned parcels are not covered by Mom Curator.

  • Postage will be reimbursed for all items acknowledged to be defective. 
  • The following attributes are not considered defect and are not eligible for exchanges.

    i) There may be discrepancies cases due to colour calibration of individual's computer or it might appear slightly darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used. It will not be considered as a defect.

    ii) Prints placement on the products may vary, unless otherwise stated.

Please choose a traceable mode of postage as we can only process parcels that reach us. Parcels should reach us within 14 business days from delivery date for local orders. An email update will be sent within 14 business days upon receipt of your return parcel.
